1)Software Developers (5 Positions only) : Fresh BE/MCA/MSc (CS & IT)/BCA with knowledge of any one technology (VB.net, ASP.net, C++ ,Ms Sql server)  Candidate Will undergo training (on Self support Basis - Require to Pay fees of Rs.50,000/-) of 2 months and then all 5 candidates will get absorbed in company as Software Developer with Starting salary of 8000/- Per month.

2)Recruitment Trainee (7 Positions): Fresh Graduates / Under Graduates.

CARESOFT INC CERTIFIED RECRUITMENT ANALYST PROGRAM: For the first time in Bhopal Caresoft Inc, the pioneers of the RPO Industry in India introduces the “Certified Recruitment Analyst program” for those who wish to pursue a career in Recruitment; CRA is a 2 Month professional training program on (self support basis – Require to pay fees of RS.15000/-) which develops both the skill and understanding that would help the professionals to implement good recruitment practices effectively in the organization.

After completion of two months training program all candidates will be placed in the company as a Trainee Recruiter with Starting Salary Rs.6500/- PM

3)Sales Executive - Software Product & Services –As Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Caresoft’s Software Products to clients in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and other process based industries. An Ideal candidate should be well versed with institutional selling / b-to-b selling and have good knowledge of computers. The candidate should be able to work independently to generate prospect Leads. Candidate should be able to make introductory phone calls, navigate the hierarchy of prospective customer, reach C-Level decision makers, co-ordinate Demo of Caresoft software Products with Caresoft’s internal Tech Team, Answer customer concerns, close the sales and provide post sales customer service.

4)Trainee Accounts - Commerce graduate/Post graduate/CA Inter with relevant work experience in Accounting. Responsibilities would include Creating Accounting System for new accounts and existing accounts, following up the invoices and timesheets, invoicing based on the timesheets received. Following up on outstanding collectables, following up on payments to be made. Running the payroll. Interacting with US Managers.
