System Analyst I (s) needed to:

(1) Be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, and

     maintenance of internet applications using: JAVA, J2EE, JAVA Server,

     ASP, CORBA, and Documentum;

(2) Create low level designs and perform performance monitoring and tuning;

(3) Create and maintain custom databases and objects;

(4) Create and implement client applications; and

(5) Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design

     system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities,

     performance requirements and interfaces;

(6) Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or

     to improve its performance;

(7) Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of

     design within time and cost constraints;

(8) Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance;

(9) Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such

     as malfunctions and program problems;

(10) Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or

     computation needs a computer program is to address;

(11) Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to

     increase compatibility and so information can be shared; and

(12) Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
