Experience:         2 - 5 Years

Education:           UG, Graduate (Any Specialization) PG, MBA-HR (Fresher)

Job Description:

  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills, ability to handle pressure, positive attitude, target orientation, good people skills, and quality / process orientation.
  •  Should be a self starter able to work independently and also in a team environment.
  • Should be extremely results oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet based tools.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Must have excellent command over English language.
  • International BPO’s experienced would be preferred.
  • Working timings. (6:30pm to 3:30am Indian Standard Time).
