Computer Programmers needed to:

(1) Be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, and

    maintenance of internet applications using: COBOL, IBM Mainframe, IBM MQ

    Series, and MVS;

(2) Create low level designs and perform performance monitoring and tuning;

(3) Create and maintain custom databases and objects;

(4) Create and implement client applications; and

(5) Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design

     system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities,

     performance requirements and interfaces;

(6) Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or

     to improve its performance;

(7) Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of

    design within time and cost constraints; and

(8) Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
