I began my career with Caresoft Inc. in 2006, and it’s been a remarkable journey over the past 18+ years. I started as a Sourcer, then advanced to Technical Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, and now serve as a Senior Account Manager. I am also involved in Caresoft Inc.’s internal technical project hiring, which has deepened my understanding of technical skills such as Hyperion, BI, ERP and others. I am truly grateful to the Caresoft family, who supported me during a medical emergency at home. Early in my career, I learned the valuable lesson that “no question is silly unless it goes unasked,” a principle I still follow as I continue to learn.  

As an Account Manager, my role encompasses managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and securing candidates with specialized technical skills. I currently lead a team, overseeing recruitment strategies and guiding team members in meeting client needs. My role involves mentoring, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with our goals. By leveraging my experience, I support the team in achieving efficient, high-quality results and contributing to Caresoft Inc.’s continued success. Caresoft Inc.’s supportive environment and commitment to quality have empowered me to continuously improve our strategies, leading to measurable improvements in time-to-hire and candidate experience.
